PERS has established a link to the home page of the Mississippi Legislature. To view information pertaining to PERS Legislation, select the topic BILL STATUS from the Mississippi Legislative Home Page.
Under the topic, 2007 Regular Session, select either HTML format or PDF Format:
From the menu which appears, you may select measures by subject under the topic, Additional Reports. Measures by subject are grouped alphabetically. PERS Legislation can be found under the SUBJECT INDEX, "Public Employees,"sub-topic, Retirement System."
